Next Project

Incoming students for undergaduate, online programs at the University of Advancing Technology are identified as the primary target audience for this eCourse.

This eCourse is available shortly after the student has been accepted, and orientates students to give a sample of how classes are structured, navigating through the LMS, and to set expectations for their time at UAT.

Most of the online students have additional obligations, and different combinations of access and academic backgrounds combined with their own work experiences. These factors were critical to consider when designing course content and activities, and recognizing a minimum baseline of technology proficiency.

An interactive lecture contained over 800 interactive elements as it presented information. It includes a variety of media such as sound, graphics, and clickable elements.

Experience the Interactive Lecture

Learning the eCollege LMS and about UAT departments was presented, and also exploratory techniques leveraged for students with activities such as a scavenger hunt

UAT101 offered remarkable experiences to learn about the production pipeline of eCourse development as well as digital video production.
