Book name change Lore
- 11/3/2003 [1:32pm mst]

We have a book name change. The "Magician's Sons" is now "Exile's Returns" it’s a book about Kasper. So I missed the post about Casper the friendly ghost joining the team. Oh that’s Kasper not Casper, Doh.

Their is another book that has had a name change, which is the fourth book in the Concave series. The forth book is going to be named of one of these variations, "Into The Dark Empire" or "Into The Dark Kingdom" or "Into The Dark Realm". Remember these names are due to change until the book is actually being pressed.

You should know that Iron Realms Entertainment a MMORPG company based in Mill Valley, California, USA has acquired exclusive worldwide rights to any online games based of the author Raymond E Feist. You can go to www.ironrealms.com for more information on this game company.

Comics Lore
- 8/19/2003 [4:32pm mst]

There is a comic book series about Midkemia coming out by Roaring Studio. The final contracts haven't been signed, but this series is slated to come out next year. I believe its going to be a conversion of one of Raymond's books in to a comic book form.

King & Prince Lore
- 7/23/2003 [1:52pm mst]

Ray has finale turned in King of Foxes and has also turned in the revised version of The Prince of Blood. Now it’s a matter of time of which one will come out first.

However Ray claims that the King of Foxes will be November in UK, and spring 2004 in the States. As for Prince of the Blood it’s currently be released in the UK in spring 2004 and Bantam in the States hasn’t said anything about if or when they'll release it.

After King Lore
- 6/25/2003 [2:25pm mst]

Raymond has turned in King of Foxes to his publisher and will now start work on a rewrite for Prince of the Blood. But in the mean time he is working on a short story with Janny Wurts. This short story is being called Watchfire and it has nothing to do with the previous collaboration of Empire.

Then after these two projects He'll do the next books which are now being called Exile's Return, The Dark Empire, and the finishing book of Conclave of Shadows Magician's Sons. Then the Conlcave of Shadow series will be done. Of course, all these names are subject to change and such until they are published and are written.

BCA ed. Lore
- 6/15/2003 [12:12pm mst]

There is going to be another version of Magician coming out by the BCA in the UK. This is to celebrate the BCA book club's 25th Anniversary. Five books where selected from the last past 25 years from Fantasy & Science Fiction.

Other books included in this are: "Good Omens", "The Many-Colored Land" and "The Book of the New Sun".

There will be approximately 3500 copies of the BCA Birthday Library editions, Hardback book.

Props to Ray for being consider as one of the landmark Fantasy & Science Fiction of eighties.

Talon N books Lore
- 5/12/2003 [12:12pm mst]

I saw Talon the Silver Hawk hardcover in the Barnes and Noble in Pheniox Arizona on May 4. I have been unable to post that because the college shut down the network for upgrades.

I think Ray has added a new book he wants to write to the coming soon list. This one is called Jumpstart, something based off the Michner book idea about jumping through time. The other which I figured he gave up on selling to a publisher was the Jigsaw Lady which is a sort of space opera.

US Tour 2 Lore
- 3/17/2003 [12:12pm mst]

Final list of the Tour dates in the United States of 2003 from the mouth of Ray in the mailing-list through me to you.

Raymond's "United States" Tour 2003

US Tour Lore
- 3/12/2003 [12:35pm mst]

Wee, New information. The Third Riftwar is slated to start at the End of King of Fox's or in the beginning of the Third book in Conclave of Shadows Series.

Ray is also a Typing God. He can produce 5000 words, polished and ready to be printed in just one little small hour. Err, wait. He later corrected that it was 5000 words in one or two days, polished and ready. I'm sorry, I had to take the jab.

And Rumor time. I get the feeling that all the Conclave members are not only going to play a large role in this Series of books. But certain characters roles maybe changed and redefined compared to their past lives.

And the news you all have been waiting for. The United States Tour dates have been Scheduled. Please be advised that the times and dates may charge at any time.

Please see the final tour dates in the News posting "US Tour 2" or the above news post.

The Goat Year Lore
- 2/26/2003 [12:26pm mst]

Okay welcome to the New Year. I figure I start things off on a cheery note, despite the crap that's happing to me.

Just some notes for you to know if you're a Feist fan.
Jimmy the Hand UK July 2003
  Ausie Fall 2003
King of Foxes UK Nov. 2004
Legends 2:The Messenger Unknown Spr. 2004
Talon of the Silver Hawk (paperback) UK Fall 2003
  USA 2004
Talon of the Silver Hawk (hardcover) USA Mar. 2003

Raymond has hurt his hand, so I'm think the books he is writting ( JtH and KoF ) will be pushed back a couple of months. Though he has mended by now, and is writing again.

At Barnes and Noble Online Ordering, there is a Hardcover reprint of Magician Apprentice coming out. Ray has mentioned hearing about it, but the details are very fuzzy to him. He did say he recalls it not being the 20th Anniversary preface. But claiming that all the original text doesn't exist. So this sleighty confuses me.

Ray is talking about combining The Crawler and Dark Mage in to one book. Since both books are currently not under any contract. The whole Dymanix/Serria/Havas situations is getting worse now that Microsoft wants to buy Havas so that Sony doesn't get Blizzard. Nice little bit of information, but remember. You didn't hear that last bit from me.

And Ray hates one of Joe Straczinsky Babylon 5 characters when he said, "We are the universe, trying to understand itself." Because the character said it better than Ray could have in his books.

While reading the Mailing-List keep this in mind:
" Well, that's why the sign outside the office says, Do Not Encourage! " -REF
